If you're looking to serve the nation by joining the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), now is your chance. CISF has announced openings for several Head Constable positions, and applications are currently being accepted. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official CISF website at cisfrectt.cisf.gov.in. The application process commenced on May 18 and will remain open until June 6, 2025. A total of 403 Head Constable positions will be filled through this recruitment drive.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates wishing to apply must have completed their 12th grade from a government-recognized educational institution. Additionally, they should have experience representing India in sports or athletics at the state, national, or international level.
Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 23 years old as of August 1, 2025. This means candidates should have been born after August 2, 2002, and before August 1, 2007.
Application Fee
The application fee is set at ₹100 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. However, female candidates and those belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are exempt from paying the fee. Candidates from other categories must pay the fee online.
Selection Process
The selection process will occur in two phases. The first phase includes a trial test, proficiency test, physical standard test (PST), and documentation verification, while the second phase will consist of a medical examination. Only candidates who pass all stages will be eligible for selection.
What to Expect in the Trial Test
Upon reporting to the recruitment center, candidates will undergo verification of their identity using the photograph and signature on their admission card, along with photo identification such as an Aadhaar card, voter ID, driving license, PAN card, passport, or any ID issued by a university, college, or school. Entry will only be granted after successful verification.
